Verification code for customer support

The Sharebox Operations team has
verified users over the phone by asking
for name and email. This method is
insufficient and insecure. To enhance
verification, we´ve implemented a time-
limited 6-digit verification code for each
customer account.

You will see the current Verification Code for your logged-in user directly below your email address in the Sharebox portal.

Receiving support requests by phone, our
personnel compare the code with what is
shown in the portal to confirm identity
before proceeding with support.
